Trail/ Trio/ Three of a Kind

This is the strongest hand that a player can have. AAA is the highest, followed by KKK, QQQ, JJJ…. and 222 is the lowest hand for a trail.


Straight Flush/Pure Sequence

The player must have three straight sequence of the same suit. A,2,3 is the highest and 2,3,4 is the lowest in a ‘Straight Flush’.


Straight/ Sequence

In this case, the player has sequence but not of the same suit. Similar to straight flush, A,2,3 is the highest and 2,3,4 is the lowest.


Flush/ Colour

A player is said to have a flush when the three cards are of the same suit but not in sequence. However if two players has a combination of Flush in their hands, then the player with the higher card rank will be the winner. “A,K,J” of the same suit is the highest and “2,3,5” of the same suit is the lowest.


Pair/ Jodi

Two cards of the same rank is considered to be a pair. A,A is the highest and 2,2 is the lowest kind of pair. If two players have the same kind of pair, then the player with the higher 3rd card will be the winner. In this case, the combination of ‘2,2,3’ is the lowest and the combination of ‘A,A,K’, is the highest.


Top Card/ High Card

This is the weakest kind of hand that a player can have in teenpatti. If two players have the same high card, then the rest of the card is compared based on their values. The highest card will be A, followed by K,Q,J….2.
